A couple of weeks ago, everyone in the house was sick. Sinus infection, respiratory, hurts to swallow kind of sick. One can only take so many bowls of homemade chicken noodle soup, so I looked for a new recipe to try out and found this. It was very simple to make - excellent for when you're so sick you don't feel like cooking but want something a little more than just canned soup. It was also a little spicy... just enough kick to encourage those sinuses to open up, even if just for a little bit!
